At Happy Planner, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unused and in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund.

  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress.
